OMG , holidaes are boring !! training frm mon to sat tiring u noe ! damn f**king tiring .. todae do alot of sprints , coach sae i on form , saturdae competition , hope i perform lo ... haix , sianz , My geo-silencer haven come , argh !! Iggy on9 now !! omfg , how rare siol . hahas but he buzy dnt disturb him lo , chatting on msn while blogging .. todae add qi huan on msn . hah , nth special =) lol . yesterdae the gym training super the tiriing sial , todae still aching like shit .. do half squat wif 50kg , WTH .. my back !! ACHING !! today woke up 12 , eat fried rice and use internet awhile , dhen went down to Yio chu kang stadium for training , alot of pple were there tdy =) dhen went to AMK Hub to eat ... dhen take bus back to pasir ris bathe , play awhile and dhen here i am blogging . blog again tmr |
