3 daes at camp can kill !! but simply enjoy and lurve it ! =) 15 to 20 of us went me junyan zaki marcus sharan haikal nijune jinxing shiying qianjun qihuan huilin johnray vania eugene sepent azwan ken bryan natalie mian afiqul elwin roger coach and amkp omg ive seen a different zaki =) a looooooooooooooooong story abt th camp and this is how it goes Dae 1 woke up at 6 washup and ate my breakfast dhen i set off to amkp on bus 39 i msg nijune how she going and if she wants to meet she sae she meeting qihuan and junyan at 715 at amkss , i decided to meet them i reached khatib at 6 54am dhen crossed th road to take bus 851 / 852 / 853 851 came shortly so i took it and bus-ed to amkss th ride took abt 10 mins ? arnd there luhh , i crossed th road agn to meet nijune on th other side of th bus stop it was 7 04am when i reach qihuan alighted bus 88 at 7 16am while junyan was alr insight when qihuan alighted so we walked to amkp , on th way ther nijun sae cannot wear slippers in , so i change to shoe we reached skool abt 7 34am diaoz , jr wear slipper also =_=" nvm , we put our bags down and when to the basket ball court and stone-ed LOL , dhen atfer awhile we went to the parade square to have the flag rising after the flag rising , we went to the AVA room and put our bags and listen to some nationals stuff , and dhen at 945am we went to prepare for gym tht stars at 10 we dhen played bb fer warm up for gym gym training wasnt so tuff cause afternoon gort time trail dunman and bedok view was ther , alr i perform for 200 but nort 100 200m i did 25.8 , as 100m i did 12.7 alright , it sucks i noe but zaki hit pb , 51.1 !! 400m k ?! but heard khalis did 50.2 during asia jnr . LOL ohhkay ohhkayy dhen went back to skool , jr they all go buy ice , while the rest waited in school when they come back we hav our ice treatment !! after tht , we washed up and we set off for dinner went to kfc tht side th kopitiam to eat , i ate nasi lemak plus a big cup of soyabean wow damn full , dhen we walked bck to amkp dhen cause qianjun and johnray theyall haven cum back so i was ask to wait fer them walao ehh jun yan voluntered ! euu pple shld noe why . HAHA !! went up to the hall and plaed soccer ther !! HAHA ! after awhile , some of them go and bathe dhen atfer tht coach ask us all go down and watch video we spent a loong time ther and finally , everybody go study ! as i nvr bring my stuff , i go play card wif some of th pple ! abt at 12 plus , everybody go to slp , i slp beside marcus , cannot slp one lorrh , didnt hav a good night =( dae 2 woke up at 530am , brush-ed teeth and wash up when to change and went down to trg for sprinters we did then agility training for the distance runner , they did 40mins long run after the trainings we went into the gym and watched a short video dhen we when out to sing th national anthem after the anthem , we when out fer breakfast we dhen all decided to hav MAC breakfast so we headed off to macdonalds i brought the hotcakes for $6 omg ! so exp lorr.. dhen i went over to jinxing's table he was sitting wif qianjun and shiying walao ehh , jing xing and shiying took two box of syrup the want kena diabetis arhh ?! siao pple ... dhen after mac we walk back to amkp be4 going bck we went to fair price at amkhub to get smth dhen me and marcus went all over the place acting like retarted , i guess we really are =) and back at 9plus , P.A.N we played bb for warmup follow by gym , heavy gym trg after trg , we went up to the hall most of us , ermm in fact all of us didnt went fer lunch cause the mcbreakfast was still in our stomach so everybody split up and did different thing some of them go and bathe , some of them go buy thing me and nijune started to play 2-men bridge altough not really 2 mens LOL shiying go and slp while jun yan and qihuan joined us shortly so we started teaching junyan , dhen 4-men bridge soon it was 1245 , everybody assemble at the gym and help th jnr to carry the equipment up the bus some we reached yiochukang stadium and we started training again , i was doing the lactic training freaking tiring , the program was (60m X 10 X 2 and muz hit below 8sec)X2 sets !! siao ehh tiring sial after trg , we when back to amkp it was quite early still we split up to go buy ice AGAIN ICE TREATMENT !! 8 pple went to buy , we go in 5-3 my group was 5 shiying , qianjun , junyan , jinxing and me the grp wif 3 was johnray nijune and natalie junyan and qianjun were engaged in a conversation so i step-ed back behind was jinxing and shiying they were also engaged in a conversation so i walked in front alone ! LOL dhen we went back and started iceing cos of miie back injuries so i took 2 pck of ice and put on my back and lie on it for 10 mins i survive , dhen we went to play bb tht night we went to eat at the market near the kfc on the way there qianjun got to go home cause she tmr need go supervised DHS cos coach wont be arnd so junyan , gentleman-ly accompanied her bck we walked on , nijun and huilin dissapeared !! we called them they say meeting nijun sister so we finally settled down and eat i ate until damn full dhen we walk to seng siong and buy supper for tonight i brought peanuts and drinks dhen when we walked back to school nijun and huilin was at the canteen dhen after awhile , everybody went up to the hall we started to plae the shoe game this is how th game goes each team has a certain number of shoe one team on each side and we muz steal and protect these shoes at the end of the game , which team more shoes wins LOL after tht we played police and theif dhen the primary school hav to slp so we go to the gym we watched a horror movie 'american haunting' until 11 plus .. when watching the movie , we ate the snacks we brought =) after the movie ended , some of us when to slp , some play true of dare me , natalie , qihuan , junyan and nijun played bridge we played until about 1130pm when zaki came down to join us we played cheat until 1 plus ! dhen we ALL went to slp ! Dae 3 woke up at 630am changed up and went to do agility trg dhen followed by 100push up 100crunches 100launches Freaking tiring can !! after tht we all when to canteen and eat bread i ate 4 pieces of bread and 2 cups of milo dhen we played SOCCER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 me zaki sharan jin xing jun yan vs bedok view as expected , we own them after awhile feeling tired i decided to rest awhile then coach sae no gym today WOOHOO everybody carry on playing like theres no tmr !! after awhile i went into the room and played bridge play play play until lunch time we went to the market to eat eat nasi lemak agn wif soya bean dhen rushed back to amkp and bush-ed to bishan stadium when we reached ther , its raining ! but coach sae warmup A.P.N first ltr when the rain stop dhen run so we warm-up , stretch , do drills and starts and finally the rain smaller alr so we take our spike when down to change change half way , the uncle sae got lighting cant run so we all went up changed bck to our shoes dhen got one men go jog , tht uncle nvr sae anything LOL , DIAOS ... so we went down , this time , the rain suddenly gets bigger so we went up agn ! i met qianjun as she was doing some striding , so i stride wif her a few time was enough for me to get tired so i help nijun they all wif their baton passing after everything almost done , nobody gets to run so we all packed up and bus-ed back to amkp , the primary school dno all go wher la but the seniors all played indian poker ! HAAH so fun la , 20 over pple playing forfeit is to turn arnd the broom 10 times ! some kena , not me ! hahas ... dhen after awhile the bedok view pple when to plae bb while we continue play murderer . after everything almost settled , we finally break camp i was super tired and headache , and injuries all over so me shiying and coach cab-ed back to tampines the taxi fare $20.25 !! so expensive sial dhen we paid coach $6 each dhen my mother came pick me and shiying up while coach went to CCS camp went i reached home , i went straight to slp ! i hav a high fever at night sianz o.O feeling much much better now =) Nationals event 400m and 800m 3rd of july i will be running my 800m heats and 400m heats is on 4th of july wish me good luck pple !! Tdy was a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong dae How shld i begin ?????????? Went out wif Johnray , jun yan , huilin , qihuan , nijun , natalie , qian jun and donavan , not forgeting .... Coach tan =) and some jnrs luhh~ Woke up at 1030 , called johnray he sae meeting at harbourfront I quickly change up and rush down to meet them and i didnt eat my breakfast that was left fer me =P I went to de busstop opp my skool and took bus 81 to Kovan it wasnt long until i board the bus =) the busride took 15-20 mins bah Dhen took train to harbourfront mrt , When coming out , i saw johnray ONLY I look at my watch , 11:59 ! as i suppose to meet them at 12pm LOL nvm , after awhile they rest arrived , we wen to giant to buy some food LOL buy food nvr buy drinks , wen we're gonna spent A DAY AT THE BEACHH!! aft tht we wen to third floor to the train station to sentosa ... Th two machine to buy the ticket , one break down WTF ? got to Q so much longer to get the tickets , AIYA wait luhh , how long can it take ? aft finally got the ticket ..wen we are walking away , the guy come and repair the spoiled machine !! WTH la , juz my luck ... Nvm went to take th train ... Alighted at beach station on th way to de beach , coach sae he wans to try the luge and skyride tht comes wif a $10 combo ... i wan to plae (= but no money =( sad , thn the rest , wei le bu yao coach lonely , fork up money ask me go pei coach .... OMg !! LOL , she sure miss the fun man ! LOL we den went to the beach to plae volleyball ... dhen finally , someone suggest SOCCER !! WOOHOO !! finally man ! hahas , aft sorting out the teams , we strted playing , my team thrash the other team 12-5 ;) hahas , they rawks dude !! LOL everyone kena at least once luhh ~~ hahas dares like pole dance , boobballs =) , acting like a snake , monkey etc , pulling donavan to the water (srry donavan) and acting like alibaba =_=" hahas dhen pack our stuff and wen to the toilet to wash up and change ... dhen we went to mrt tgt , they all alight at dhobyghort and change to NorthSouth(red) line to Angmokio , bishan , sambawang and etc ... i took the same route as i came ... Sentosa->harbourfront->kovan->bus81->home walao , i straight away go bathe sial ...sooooo dirty , i bathe for 30mins !! broke my record sial , ex record was 28mins34sec , new record is 31mins12sec =) haven eat my dinner , HUNGRY !!
