It all started at 745 in th morning , washed up ,eat my breakfast dhen mommy fetch me to tampines stadium , i reach ther at arnd 810am .. and change up and started warm up ... training program : 30m X 5 / 4.2 / 4 / 3.9 / 4.1 / 4 60m X 2 / 7.4 / 7.6 blocks =) we finished at abt 1045 ? we change up and leave for amkp for 2nd session trg at 130 we took bus 22 frm tamp all the way to amk bus inter , the bus ride was like 1hr ? we slpt thru the journey and we ate at the kopitiam next to amkhub , quite cheapp uh $^$ hahas only spent $3 , quite cheapp alr la , now the price all very high what ... dhen walk to amkp , walao ehh coach ask abt my girlfriend !! LOL , dono how to ans him , stupid jr , sabo me =( lucky coach no reaction =P wen we reach amkp , they are all thr alr luhh ~~ we are early somemore =) i jog two rounds and started my gym trg . tiring sial training program: bench press 40kg half squart 50kg dead lift 35kg flies 10kg thts all i do i tink , i slack abit =P hahas dhen we plaed bb ^.^ ... walao eh qihuan violent sehh , scatch until my stomach RED sial ... nvm la , gentleman mahhs . LOL like real uh ? after training , went to amkhub the kopitiam and eat agn o.O but this time wif elwin , johnray and marcus . aft eating we go hub plae arcade , i thrashed them in daetona , as expected =) , hahas i solo bb ! 378 ! PB siol . LOL , dhen elwin went to my hse plae mahjongggggggggggggggggggg until 1150pm , he rushed to catch the last bus , and i went home to bathe =) btr slp now .... tmr gort training at yishun .
